Angel supports the group’s research lines in preclinical models of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. His main activities are: 1) Mice colonies maintenance, 2) DNA and protein electrophoresis techniques, 3) Immunoblotting, 4) Cell cultures maintenance, 5) DNA extraction (Maxi and Mini preparations of plasmids), 6) Laboratory management. 7) Induction and purification of heterologous proteins in bacterial expression systems. 8) Purification and obtaining of antibodies from immunized rabbit serum.
